Job Description:
The HR Strategy and Transformation (HRST) team aspires to
transform how Talent fuels our Deloitte businesses, elevate the
talent experience, and advance the Talent organization by using
data-driven insights, industry-leading digital solutions,
organizational design, and human-centered, HR service delivery. The
HRST Talent Organizational Initiatives team drives talent
initiatives within the HRST portfolio as well as the broader talent
channel with a specific focus on organizational design and job
architecture.Role Description:The Manager, Talent Organizational
Initiatives will work closely with the HRST Talent Organizational
Initiatives Leader to:Drive and integrate key initiatives to
execute against the Talent Organizational Initiatives
roadmapDeliver solutions with a focus on strategy, process, people,
and stakeholder management impacts and outcomesManage to project
based results, either wholly owned, in partnership with other
Talent teams, or through other Deloitte collaborations (i.e.,
Consulting) to meet key deadlines and ensure work products are
executive readyCollaborate with stakeholders to determine the best
approach to test and implement solutions that align Talent to the
business strategyThe Manager will work closely with HRST, Talent,
and Consulting leadership to manage the day-to-day program
activities and operations for Talent Organizational Initiatives
projects by implementing innovative, integrated, and practical
solutions that align Talent to the firm's strategy. This person
will supervise program activities to help plan, monitor and govern
program schedules and resources of moderate scope, expenditure, and
effect across the Talent lifecycle as well as partner with
functional, geographic, and/or business lines to support the
business and firm strategy.Job Responsibilities:Oversee Job
Architecture implementation for Deloitte including partnering
closely with each business, Talent, and Consulting to create the
new job catalog and align our professionalsAssists in the
development of strategic projects, current or proposed business
solutions or processes, to achieve function-wide and firm wide
objectives.Develops and manages the work planning, including
milestones and contingency plans, based on budget, timing and
business needs, for implementation and execution of project and
work stream efforts.Manages delegation and completion of work
effort; owns the completion of work
products/deliverables.Identifies project/program risk and issues
and proposes mitigation tactics and strategiesDevelops compelling,
logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be
shared at the Talent and business leadership level.Coordinates with
other teams across Talent and the Businesses, including Leaders, as
appropriate, to understand project implications for other programs,
projects, or processes or when subject matter expertise is
required.Maintains awareness of current business trends, operating
conditions, and internal processes and practices that have
significant impact on Talent programs.Skills:Ability to think both

teamExcellent Microsoft Office skillsQualifications:Bachelor's
Degree in Business or a related area;Minimum of 8 years of related
experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in
the futureThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide
range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and
training; licensure and certifications; and other business and
organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been
adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with
the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it
is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate
of the current range is $95,070 - $175,080.You may also be eligible
to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject
to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any,
depends on various factors, including, without limitation,
