Overview:
Reporting into Supply Chain, the IT Contracts Administration Expert
will assist with enterprise-wide, cross-functional Vendor
Management by performing and managing with a combination of
contract, performance, relationship or risk management roles with
IT vendors including but not exclusive to end-to-end contract
negotiations with vendors, SOWs and renewals for IT and
Engineering. This person will own and must understand contractual,
commercial and operational working relationships with vendors to
ensure that contractual commitments are delivered across IT and
establish process and methodology to proactively renew contracts on
time and within budget constraints. -What we offer:Direct

Responsibilities:
Lead all contractual negotiations with vendorsManage complete
contract lifecycle, (defining scope of work, RFQ's, negotiations &
execution) and execute software of all renewals as neededEnsure
there are clear metrics across all key performance indicators
(KPIs) to ensure strong performance managementPartner with Finance
to ensure all contracts are captured within budget and provide
periodic forecast based on renewals, negotiations and SOWsValidate
financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation Work
effectively across divisions and functions. Actively engage the
support of stakeholders using problem solving and proactive
communication skillsCreate Yearly Budget for all existing Software
and Hardware Maintenance Partner with Purchasing to ensure proper
submission of all Pos; manage requisition process Maintain
engagement with related processes, including, Procurement, Finance,
PMO Governance, INFOSEC and SuppliersDevelop reports that provide
understanding of entitlements by application for license metrics
linking to function, business and user, cost savings from
negotiations, budget/forecasting to contract commitmentsIdentify
and execute value opportunities with key vendor relationships
Develop the reporting for vendor performance in areas that include
(but are not limited to) quality, capacity, systems and
responsiveness
Qualifications:
Minimum:Bachelor degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering,
Business or Scientific Discipline5+ years of MS Office Suite
experience, with proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS
SharePoint, MS PowerPoint5 years of experience leading contractual
negotiation3+ years' experience in an IT and Engineering
environment3+ years working knowledge of Purchase Requisitions
process and procurement procedures3+ years in Project management
role demonstrating use of analytical skills and ability to
effectively work with disparate teams across divisionsAbility to
create/collect, manage and analyze sizable datasets and/or research
informationThis position requires access to technology, materials,
software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. - In
order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US person
under US export laws or, eligible for approval for a U.S.
Government export license. - A US Person includes a US citizen,
lawful Permanent Resident, refugee or asylee.Preferred:Project
Management Office (PMO) experience a plusSalary Range: $107,600 -
$141,231 annually. -Applicable pay within the posted range may vary
based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical
location, job function of the position, education, and experience
