Location: Colorado Springs, CO Salary: $90,000 Description: Our client is looking to fill:Colorado Springs, CO - Program Manager for an Eating Disorder clinic - $90,000/year base salary with 5% target bonus which is based on enrollment at the facility. - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EATING DISORDER EXPERINECE WILL BE CONSIDERED.Summary of Major Functions: - -Program Manager of clinical, operational, and administrative processes of the above location. - Demonstrates the ability to fulfill daily operation and clinical needs, while participating in and contributing to the strategic growth of the program. - Understands and performs within the expectations that management's ongoing mission is clinical excellence, operational performance, and overall success of company -Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative: -1.Responsible for developing - and establishing - annual and ongoing performance goals including census targets, staff and resource requirements and other operational needs to ensure the company's primary mission of excellence in - patient care.2.Responsible for admissions, current patient census and the overall financial success of the program. -3.Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork including reports to the Clinical Director, Executive Management Team, quarterly board meeting reports, payroll, competencies, annual reviews, etc.4.Responsible for management of staff and interns, facilitating hiring, onboarding, and training, annual and ongoing performance evaluations and reviews, discipline & terminations. -5.Collaborate with company Outreach with referral sources, marketing events, presentations to providers, local universities, etc. -6.Maintains relationships with local universities and graduate programs to continue educational and training opportunities for graduate students.7.Develops and maintains contacts and associations with potential staff hires and hiring sources.8.Effective and consistent communication to referral sources and collaborative providers.9.Adheres to The Joint Commission expectations and requirements.10.Weekly phone calls with Clinical Director.11.Bi-weekly or as needed participation in Manager Meetings and timely submission of Manager Reports.12.Monthly meetings with CFO in order to review financial performance of the facility.13.Available to other members of management as and when required14.Other job duties as assigned.Clinical:1.Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and practice of effective counseling skills. -2.Demonstrates ability to build therapeutic rapport with patients, families, staff, and interns.3.Manages and participates in weekly and ongoing admissions and discharges.4.Facilitates program orientation with all incoming patients and families. Orientation includes, but is not limited to, introducing the patient to the milieu environment and reviewing program expectations.5.Participates in meal therapy with patients in a fashion consistent with current policies and procedures including eating and modeling appropriate eating behaviors during assigned mealtimes and snacks.6.Ability to provide clinical coverage when necessary for individual and/or group patient sessions.7.Ensures ongoing updates to patient's referring providers or therapists.8.Provides oversight of the patient discharge process in order to assure appropriate care of the patient including notice to referring providers and collaboration where appropriate with patient's future providers.9.Provides outpatient services to individuals and families. Completes all documentation and necessary paperwork associated with having an outpatient case load, if required by management.10.Completes peer to peer insurance reviews when necessary.11.Provides clinical consultations for providers in the community.Staff:1.Ensures staff coverage for all clinical aspects of programs while providing input and maintain a standard of excellence for patient care.2.Maintains clinical oversight of all staff in order to assure completion of responsibilities and duties.3.Reviews timely completion and submission of all documentation in EMR on a weekly basis, i.e., bio/psycho/social assessments, mental status exam, treatment plans, weekly progress notes, aftercare plans, treatment summaries, etc.4.Facilitates weekly, one-hour supervision meetings for all staff and interns.5.Conducts weekly staff meetings. - -6.Maintains daily program structure, developing quality measures and solutions for improvement.7.In collaboration with Clinical Director, maintains and develops group curriculum for programs.8.Monitors client satisfaction surveys process through questionnaires and complies data. -9.Manages any staff concerns and/or issues while maintaining accessibility and visibility for patients and staff. - Program Manager is able to be contacted by staff and interns during evening program hoursMinimum Qualifications:1.Masters, PhD or PsyD in clinical field.2.Licensed as LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT; -3.Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis grounded in evidenced-based treatment models.4.Experience working individually and in groups with eating disordered patients.5.Good oral and written communication skills.6.Clinical leadership skills including experience supervising staff.Computer Skills:1.Must be able to effectively maneuver within an office scheduling system.2.Minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.3.Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system.For more information please reach out to Michael Olmstead w/ Judge Healthcare at mcolmstead@judge.com - Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
