Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer Manager to join our team at our client's site in Colorado Springs!
is responsible for building products that help customers get visibility into business service availability and performance in a fast changing and complex digital environment consisting of SaaS, cloud applications, virtualization, and IoT devices. We care deeply about looking after our customers, and delivering a great user experience, as well as building a best in class product and engineering culture.In this role, you will lead and develop a high performance team that is responsible for customer facing products and service offerings. You will enjoy a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts, and apply your deep understanding of Agile principles to help your team make the right tradeoffs, break down business objectives into discrete deliverables and iterate towards a goal.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to deliver innovative product features that delight our customers
• Hands-on recruiting of top talent
• Mentoring engineers to achieve their full potential as engineers and technical leaders
• Lead by example and help everybody around you to have a bigger impact
• Build strong relationships with other teams across NETSCOUT
• Maintain a current understanding of relevant industry and technology trends
  Requirements:
  • A proven track record of driving significant improvements to quality, velocity and delivery through continuous improvement in an Agile development environment
  • Knowledge and interest in computer networking, application/network monitoring, distributed systems and cloud native software development
  • Technical leadership: ability to help your team communicate a vision and collaborate on building a better product. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Experience building a great team through deep involvement in recruiting and investment in your team members' personal growth
  • B.S./B.A. degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. MS/MA is a plus
