success.Responsibilities & Qualifications:Position SummaryCommunity
Brands is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive a
comprehensive product strategy across our K-12 Education Suite. As
the Senior Product Manager, you will define and lead our product
strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing business
opportunities across three or more roadmaps. The Sr. Product
Manager will be an integral part of the product leadership team,
deeply embedded in the Education business unit and working
collaboratively across functions. This role requires strong
qualitative skills, strategic thinking, sound business judgement,
along with the ability to think creatively and work independently.A
Day in the LifeDevelop themes and strategic vision for roadmap
initiatives, illustrating the direction and key phases of
developmentPartner with Product Owners to align program increment
objectives to roadmap initiatives, in coordination with business
and product management leadershipEstablish and maintain clear lines
of communication with leadership on current strategic
initiativesManage and maintain product roadmaps, ROI documentation
and project workbooks, as neededDevelop business cases (business
plan, market research, pricing decisions, positioning, etc.), as
neededMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine
how well strategies are performing, impact to company operations,
and contribution marginsAttend ongoing Agile and scrum ceremonies
to stay informed of team activities and prioritiesConduct
prioritization and feedback exercises with internal stakeholders
and customers to inform strategy on projects where applicableServe
as primary product contact for business level partnerships and
customer escalationsAttend and present product vision for business
level all hands meetings, division level town halls, and corporate
conferences, as neededExecute early adopter/BETA programs as needed
for strategic projectsPartner with Product Marketing to execute GTM
activities as needed for strategic projectsCoach and manage a team
of three or more Product Owners as direct reportsWe are looking for
someone who bringsMust have strong written and spoken communication
skills with the ability to present to internal and external
audiencesMust have experience with project management, with
demonstrated skills in good decision-making, prioritization,
follow-up, and artifact creationMust have an eye for detail and
organization, with the ability to produce and track a plan, holding
contributors responsibleMust be a self-starter, with a bias towards
action and the ability to develop collaborative partnerships with
business leadersStrong ability to adapt to changing business and
role requirementsMust have a growth mindset and subscribe to a
continuous learning philosophyKnowledge about fundraising and
nonprofit customers preferredExperience working within Agile
development processes preferredEducation and Experience5+ years'
professional experience in Product or Project management, with at
least 3 + years' experience in Product ManagementB.A./B.S. degree
or related work experienceFamiliarity and experience with Agile
Methodology as a Product ManagerExperience with owning roadmap
across multiple platforms and scrum teams a plusExperience working
