JOB DESCRIPTION: INTEGRATED MEDIA DIRECTORABOUT ADPRO:AdPro is a

and provides in-house research, marketing strategy, account
services, media, digital, creative, website design, public
relations and audio and video production.AdPro has their own health

what day they work from home.POSITION SUMMARY:This is an in-house
position and candidate would be required to move to Colorado
Springs to take the position if you don't live in-state. A
relocation package will be provided.The primary function of the
Integrated Media Director is to provide strategic oversight for our
agency's clients in the areas of traditional and digital media as
well as supervise the staff of the media and digital departments.
This is a senior-level managerial position with direct account
responsibilities.The Integrated Media Director is responsible for
the philosophy and planning of the use of media, for the selection
of specific media, and for ordering space and time. The position
requires experience in media buying of traditional and digital
mediums and research analysis.The Integrated Media Director will be
well-versed in all types of media, and must stay current with
rapidly developing new media trends, practices and technologies.
He/She ensures that the media staff maintain appropriate skill
levels in media-related computer software; knowledge of new media
and strategies; and authorizes related training and equipment
purchases as deemed necessary.The Integrated Media Director will
oversee the Digital Manager and his team of six digital and web
specialists as well as a staff of four media strategists, planners
and buyers. He/She will have direct client contact and be
responsible for creating plans for new business proposals.In
addition to supervising the team and providing strategic oversight
of all agency clients, the Integrated Media Director will also be
involved in planning and buying for key agency accounts. This is a
supervisory and hands-on position.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
--- Oversee research, media strategy, and implementation of
clients' media and digital planso Develop strategic media tactics
for local, regional and national campaigns incorporating
television, radio, outdoor, print, and digital to include OTT, paid
social, SEM, SEO, display and retargeting, geofencing, etc.o
Conduct market research and analyze demographics, psychographics,
media usage and buying patterns to define target audiences and
campaign requirementso Analyze and interpret market analytics and
determine the optimal medium and placement for advertising
campaignso Establish campaign objectives, strategies, tactics and
KPI'so Direct the development of marketing and media plans
consistent with the approved strategyo Prepare media plans based on
briefings from account executiveso Provide monthly media updates
including media budgets and media calendarso Prepare media
schedules and keep schedules up-to-dateo Create and maintain
detailed media plan flowchartso Manage budgets and monitor campaign
costs and ROI metricso Coordinate with Production Manager to ensure
material deadlines are meto Monitor traditional and digital
campaigns to ensure they are performing as planned and oversee
ongoing reporting of analytics and KPIs
--- Utilize Scarborough and other research tools to develop an
effective advertising strategy and marketing plan for clients
--- Oversee and perform negotiations of client projects, campaigns
and plans
--- Develop client and media/digital vendor relationships
--- Oversee media spending for clients' media budgets, to include
coop budgets and media makegoods
--- Directly serve as the Media Planner/Buyer for specific
clients
--- Perform on a multi-tasking level to handle a variety of tasks
and create an organization for staff to operate within
--- Lead and direct the workflow of employees. Supervise
media/digital staff with reference to their assigned duties
--- Represent the department with a wide degree of creativity and
objectivity
--- Utilize strong communication skills for presentation and
training
--- Direct and implement the preparation of client presentations
and meetings
--- Interface with other agency department managers/client service
teams to keep work and projects moving forward on a timely
basis
--- Work with the creative team to ensure the most appropriate and
effective media executions for each client/project

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of
experience in traditional and digital media planning and buying
--- Experience with market research and digital platforms and
dashboards
--- Proficient in MS Office, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, SEM
Rush, Facebook Business Manager and Strata media buying
software
