Come be a part of our mission.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Delivery Order Lead and Control Account Manager (CAM). This position can be based in Bellevue, Nebraska or Colorado Springs, CO.As a Delivery Order Lead and Control Account Manager (CAM) working within our SMORS program you will join our diverse and talented engineering organization in support of our National Defense. You will be responsible for a diverse team who will design, develop and deploy solutions critical to the operation of advanced radars and the analysis of return signals critical to our national defense. Using Agile principles, you will support the leadership and management vision to build and direct a large team of highly capable engineers to modify and implement changes to an existing baseline based upon COTS, GOTS, and custom software. Successful candidates should have experience leading software and system engineering development efforts, possess strong people skills and practice servant leadership. In addition, candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers as well as experience working with engineering and program management teams to meet our customer's needs. Minimal travel is expected.Basic Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 9 years of systems engineering experience; or 7 years' experience with a Master's degree; or 4 years with PhD.
  • Experience with budgets and scheduling
  • Experience monitoring/tracking deliveries to meet contractual requirements
  • Experience coordinating cross functional Agile teams
  • Experience working directly with government customers
  • Self-driven, able to tackle challenges and make recommendation for solutions/process improvement to leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with control account managers (CAM) and functional leads to monitor project staffing
    • Northrop Grumman CAM certification
    • Experience with staffing requisition development and interview execution
    • Experience coordinating project status reports
    • Knowledge of the SMORS program, Missile Warning/Space Situational Awareness domain, Missile Defense, and Space Systems Command (SSC) customer
    • Knowledge of phased array radar technology
    • Experience leading a team using a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
    • SAFe Agile certification
    • Professional Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Master Salary Range: $108,600 USD - $171,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
