This role supports a very wide variety of tasking from the OU Operations Director and will be heavily involved in standing up new classified labs in our new facility on the North side of Colorado Springs.Essential Functions:

• Manage projects for facility IT networking, Audio/Visual equipment standup, capital purchasing and tracking
• Develop safety and training plans
• Manage the internal organization's SharePoint site
• Plan and execute construction and procurement projects
• Drive special projects for the Operations director
• Support 3d printing equipment and projects
• Provide support to our data analytics team
• Manage labs at multiple levels of classificationThis requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.Basic Qualifications (BQ's): This requisition may be filled as either a Project Manager or a Principal Project Manager level. BQs for a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 0 years experience.
  • Ability to Obtain Secret ClearanceBQs for a Principal Project Manager:
    • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years experience, or a PhD and 0 years of experience.
    • Ability to Obtain Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications:
      • Active Secret Clearance
      • Experience with 3D Printing
      • Classified Lab Management
      • Managing construction projects
      • Managing SharePoint Site Salary Range: $74,900 USD - $112,300 USD Salary Range 2: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
