Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Launch and Guidance Control
Hardware Manager 3 for the GBSD program. This leadership role will
be located in Colorado Springs, CO or Roy, UT.This position will
require the manager to deliver hardware solutions and oversee a
team of engineers and managers in an Agile development cadence. The
manager will oversee a diverse team of electrical, hardware,
systems, software, and mechanical engineers with test embedded
within both a Kanban and Scrum Agile cadence. The manager needs to
develop a deep understanding of the team's vision and serve as a
mentor to the team to execute that vision. As a Functional Manager,
this position will require a wide range of people leadership and
mentoring activities. The manager will foster a culture that allows
employees to learn and grow. The manager will execute the
performance management cycle for their direct reports. The
candidate should have relevant leadership experience that prepared
them for these activities.The successful candidate will:---Lead the
Sentinel LGC Hardware team. This position will require wide
knowledge of the process, procedure, design, development, and
initial deployment of a multi-site command and control
system.---Execute CAM responsibilities for the hardware development
function within the element. Responsible for coordinating schedules
and cost visibility to the Program Office and maintaining quality,
cost, and schedule requirements.---Provide oversight and track
status for a wide variety of electronic hardware and the
integration of the components.---Oversee integration and
development of low-level software development on hardware
components.---Work with Systems Engineering and customer
stakeholders to communicate system capabilities and support CONOPS
development---Lead teams in a fluid environment that requires
teamwork with other Command and Launch elements, C&L leadership

work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who
work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other
Friday off. Basic Qualifications: ---Bachelor's Degree in a
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
and 8 years of relevant product experience---Active or Current DoD
Secret Clearance (awarded or reinvestigated within the past 5
years) and ability to obtain SAP program access (background
investigation required)---At least 3 years of experience leading a
project and/or driving performance against schedule---Experience in
multiple aspects of the hardware engineering development lifecycle
and managing schedulesPreferred Qualifications:---CISSP, Network+,
RMF experience, C2 system experience---Experience with Northrop
Grumman Cost Account Management Process---Effective communication
and presentation skills---Design, Integration, Installation and/or
fielding experience with integrated rack systems, consoles, and
facilities.---Experience with Hardware design, integration, CI/CD,
and agile tools.---Experience identifying, designing, developing,
implementing, and evaluating ground support system
hardware---Experience with BM, P6, CPLM, MBSE, Agile, and
Mechanical Engineering tools suites---Ability to evaluate
engineering decisions based on system level impacts---Proven
experience working with customers to foster confident
relationships---Knowledge of Subcontracting process and
procedures---Experience with performance validation or System
V&V---Agile EVMS experience---Active DoD Top Secret
ClearanceSalary Range: $134,200 USD - $211,900 USD Employees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
