Title: Program Manager IV

Location: Remote

Contract: 9 months

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer & Retention Marketing, the successful candidate will be an organized, self-starter who is eager to take on large, complex programs that span across Industry & Portfolio Marketing, Global Demand Gen, Customer Success, and many times have impact to the wider company.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead special strategic projects and programs from initiation through delivery. This includes key strategic programs that impact the overall success of the company. Some projects will span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration.
Manage & create monthly team communications & facilitate development of team SharePoint site.
Interpret program/project requirements and convert them to program deliverables & program plan.
Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress.
Works with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed.
Establishes and leads execution of new processes as needed to ensure ongoing program success.
Ensure clear definition of program success.
Drive clear decision-making framework and RACIs for complex projects and programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of demonstrated success leading projects/programs across teams or organizations, often working on multiple projects at the same time.
Bachelor's degree or higher. MBA may be an advantage, but not mandatory.
Solid business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Versatile self-starter with a team-oriented work style. Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels.
Creative thinker who can approach programs in a new way to discover efficiencies and improve program delivery.
Excellent business communications skills, including ability to develop and present professional written or in-person information and presentations to individuals, teams, or executive leadership.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with various project management tools including Asana
Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Zoom, etc
