Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description:

NetAlly's Channel Marketing Manager in an integral part of the marketing team. This person is responsible for the coordination and execution of worldwide marketing programs via our channel partners. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the sales, product, and field marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, drive, and implement channel marketing activity through NetAlly's global network of channel partners.
  • Assist in the channel onboarding and enablement process via our partner portal in partnership with sales, sales operations, product/field marketing.
  • Work closely with NetAlly Channel Account Managers and our resellers to develop joint marketing plans that tie back to pipeline goals
  • Work with NetAlly Sales Operations team in the ongoing management of our partner portal
  • Administer NetAlly's channel marketing funds program ("MEF") via our partner portal, managing budget and actual expenditures with regular reporting to sales and marketing management
  • Coach resellers in the planning and execution of joint marketing activities (including events, content, webinars, etc.) and ensure consistency with NetAlly brand standards
  • Work with internal teams to create channel specific content, including whitepapers, solution sheets, competitive analysis, playbooks, battlecards, and other channel sales tools
  • Ensures content syndication providers (Cnet/Etalize/1WS, etc.) publish accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Facilitate ongoing channel education via regular channel training sessions in partnership with product marketing and sales management
  • Manage relationships with reseller marketing teams to maximize success of channel programs
  • Work with NetAlly Marketing Programs Manager to track and evaluate key channel marketing and sales process indicators such as number of leads, number of opportunities and opportunity stages
  • Manage corporate channel-facing communications via newsletters, partner web portal, etc., executed via our marketing automation system; maintains accurate database of channel contacts
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • +3-5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
    • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
    • Able to work independently, self-starter
    • Motivated, results-oriented, multi-tasking go-getter up to the challenge of a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
    • Comfortable working in a small company environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Competent in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • Must be able to travel 20% of the time (varies throughout the year)
