As the Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for the day to
day operation of the self-storage facility including keeping the
property clean, light sales of rental insurance, managing account
receivables, customer rentals/leases and providing tours of the
property. In addition, you may assist with the collections of
delinquent units and must be able to offer exceptional customer
service both in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate for
the Self Storage Manager position will have an entrepreneurial
spirit and a drive to help the facility/asset succeed! This
position also will be able to perform light maintenance and assists
with cleanup of the property and light yard work, etc. as needed.
COMPENSATION AS A SELF STORAGE MANAGER:
- Starting salary of $30,000 / year
- FREE ONSITE LIVING of 3 bed apartment and utilities included
(valued at $24,000 +/- year!)
- Generous Monthly Bonus Opportunities ($10,000/year +/-) based
on occupancy and delinquency
- $500.00 Contributed towards total Medical premium (available
after 60 days of employment)
- Dental, Vision and other supplementary benefits (available
after 60 days of employment)
- Holiday and Paid Time Off!! RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SELF STORAGE
MANAGER
- Renting storage spaces based on customers' needs
- Providing excellent service and building excellent rapport with
new and existing customers
- Accepting payments and completing daily bank deposits
- Keeping the property and office clean and tidy, walking around
the property performing lock checks and showing the units to
customers
- Physical requirements of the job include daily walks of the
property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing
the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), and similar light
activities
- Other general office duties
- On call for emergency maintenance as needed and must be
available by cell phone. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse
backgrounds
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word &
Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional presentation
- Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability
- Ability to solve problems involving: residents, personnel,
finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations,
etc.
- Willing to learn and a drive to improve community/asset
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds is required
- Valid driver's license and clean background required in order
to complete daily bank deposits Osprey Management has an immediate

locations. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years
retail sales and customer service experience, along with strong
