Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Director in our new Colorado Springs location. This leader will work with a team of clinicians, case management, and support staff to deliver the highest quality care using a client-centered model, ensuring a healthy treatment community, and a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate will facilitate groups, carry a small caseload and lead a team with passion and enthusiasm. Skilled in operational excellence, overseeing tasks big and small with a keen eye for what it takes to run a facility. Responsibilities include group three evenings per week, weekly individual sessions, case management, UAs, coordination with psychiatrists and physicians, intakes, discharges, collection, and submission of payments. Coordinates new intakes with the Admissions team and establishes a connection via email or phone with the intake's third-party contacts to ensure thorough adherence to the intake process. Liaise with the Data and Billing Team to correct issues and ensure 100% completion and accuracy of notes weekly. Perform accurate Biopsychosocial Assessments with new clients. Have knowledge and skills in recognizing symptoms of disorders according to DSM 5 criteria while documenting data to support the diagnosis. Create individualized treatment and continuing care plans that include multidisciplinary team input as well as the involvement of the patient, referent, family, and other appropriate collateral resources. Conducts individual and group counseling using proven approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral treatment, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and 12-step facilitation principles. EMDR a plus. Facilitate patient awareness, understanding, and motivation to change related to addiction, mental illness, and recovery issues. Produce and ensures high-quality and accurate clinical documentation along with consistent, on-time submission of all required documentation. Maintain a very high client and family satisfaction rates, as evidenced by a net promoter score (NPS) above 70 and strong client satisfaction surveys. Regularly attends and thoughtfully participates in staff meetings, providing clear case conceptualizations, and offering key information/input as needed. Manage up, providing concrete potential solutions if able, when bringing issues and questions to supervisors. Has a keen understanding of regulations and ethics pertaining to the state license(s) and national accreditation(s) held by licensing board; responsible for staying current on own licensees, training, and certifications. Works with the medical personnel to ensure a shared understanding of client needs and a consistent, excellent client experience, contributing to better client outcomes and satisfaction. The estimated range of base pay for this position in Colorado, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Competitive salary and benefits package; a salary range of $58,000 - 78,000, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental, generous PTO, sick leave, and more.Job Requirements:Core capabilities and experience desired for this specific role: --- CAC II, III, or LAC and License in good standing in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MSW), without any limitations to the license. --- Must have 3 or more years providing chemical dependency and /or mental health counseling (supervised internship applies) --- License in good standing in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, MSW), without any limitations to the license. --- Able to work at least three evenings a week --- Minimum two years freedom from chemical use problems --- Skilled in several areas of treatment; group, individual, and family counseling, cross cultural issues, didactic presentations, trauma informed care, client-centered treatment, evidenced-based interventions, case management, treatment planning, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and client assessment and evaluations --- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills --- Strong and clear communication skills --- Strong initiative and very resourceful in creating and finding ways to get things done --- Solid team-player --- Case Management experience --- Punctual with meetings and project timelines --- Good with online EHR/software and Microsoft suite products PI159921509
