Senior Director of SecurityLocation: Colorado Springs, CO.Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI U.S. Citizenship Mandatory: Due to our US federal government contract, candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen and will be subject to a background investigation. Job Description:ITEC has an opening for a Senior Director/Facility Security Officer (FSO) that will support and manage all security functions for the company at all customer facilities. The ideal candidate will have FSO experience working with both IC and DoD customers. As an FSO, you will be responsible for managing the security team for all security related documentation, inspections, visitor control, contractor administration from a compliance standpoint, and personnel security of our employees. Job Responsibilities:The ideal candidate would have experience with these duties and responsibilities:- Management of the security team personnel.- Serve as the trusted partner to IC and DoD security personnel, to include maintaining direct relationships with customer security teams.- Leadership of the maintenance of all Facility Clearance Related Documents; update and submit to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), aspects of the Facility Security Program.- Lead the Annual Security Awareness Program including Insider Threat training.- Ensure the Company is in compliance with all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).- Provide a help desk type support for all employees, managers, and recruiters for security questions and verifications including digitizing all security files.- Comfortable coordinating all actions with the CSA.- Experience updating and maintaining JPAS and Scattered Castles.- Coordinating DCSA annual inspections, incident reports, suspicious contact reports, and any changes that may affect the facility.- Management of the Facility Clearance File for a currently cleared Organization.- Experience providing Security guidance for the company, employees or the program.- Experience reviewing and updating the DD Form 441-DoD Security Agreement, the SF-328-Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests, the Key Management Personnel List (KMP) and any exclusion resolutions.- Preparing and executing corporate Standard Practice Procedures (SPP), the insider threat plan, training, and reporting portal for approval by DCSA, Prepare Operational Security Training, and Initial and Refresher Security Awareness Training.- Managing Systems Access Requests (SAR) for Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and NISS.- Conduct a full inspection of the program and identify any corrective action items or vulnerabilities.- Review all personnel records in JPAS, DISS, and Scattercastles enter all records into the Security Database.- Update the JPAS Security Management Office (SMO) with the security email address. Required Skills:- 10+ years of multi-site Facility Security Officer (FSO) related experience for the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
