The Account Manager will support company leaders as well as Agents.Responsibilities:* Process request and complete all required follow ups* Process requests for Certificate/Proof of Insurance* Assist customers as needed* Distribute incoming mail* Monitor and distribute fax* Provide administrative support as neededRequirements:* Excellent communication (written/verbal) and computer skills* Ability handle busy phones and provide excellent customer service* Must be a good listener* Must have good time management and negotiating skills* Must have a High School Diploma* Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days of employmentThis is a direct hire opportunity.
