ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following position: Title Community Association Managers Required in Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Texas & Washington State; Job Summary: Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations; attend Board of Director meetings as required and effectively manage the communities as defined within the management contract. Job Requirements:Job Responsibilities:* Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations* Provide services as outlined within the management contract* Direct the day-to-day vendor activities, architectural reviews and assist with association operations* Manage association business as directed and in compliance with rules, regulations, association covenants and by-laws* Perform visual inspections of each assigned property* Develop and manage budgets* Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements* Solicit RFQ's, negotiate and manage vendor agreements* Make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors* Finalize and approve all written reports for distribution* Prepare, co-ordinate and attend Board of Director meetingsJob Qualifications:* 4+ years' experience managing a portfolio of HOA's/COA's within Community Association Management is required. * Ability to deal with changing priorities and diverse Board of Directors* Ability to work closely with Board of Directors, Residents, Vendors, Staff and Corporate* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Professional, presentable focused on customer service* Attend regular Board of Director meetings as required* CMCA, AMS or PCAM is required.Salary: $60,000-$90,000 Commensurate with Experience and Designations; Comprehensive Benefits Package including additional earnings capability.
