Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in petroleum equipment. Perform technical and mechanical tasks using power and hand tools. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand repairs and maintenance performed. Accurately complete service orders, reports, and documentation. Travel between job sites in a company-provided vehicle to perform service and maintenance. Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including properly maintained company vehicle and uniform. Accurately track truck inventory of repair parts and consumables. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as established by Eaton Sales & Service. Obtain and maintain state and manufacturer certifications, including on-the-job, classroom, and online training. Physical Requirements Stand or walk frequently for extended periods. Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 lbs. Climb up and down ladders and fuel dispensers. Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements If you have experience with any of our suppliers, it would be a plus. (Wayne, Verifone, Veeder-Root, Gasboy, Blackmeer, ETC.) Please visit our website for the full list. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid Driver’s License (Required). Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical, electrical, or service industry experience (petroleum industry preferred). Ability to use diagnostic tools, read schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues. Must be able to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
