Job Description:
Job DescriptionENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and
highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space
Systems Command's MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems
Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position,
located at Peterson SFB, in Colorado Springs, CO, will support a
diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a
multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.Duties include:---
Design, plan, coordinate, execute testing and provide terminal
operations support on the Family of Beyond Line-of-Sight Terminals
(FAB-T), Air Force Command Post Terminal (AFCPT), Time Distribution
Subsystem Pre Processor (TDSPP), Milstar Messaging System (MMS),
Global Broadcast Service (GBS), Ground Multi-band Terminal (GMT),
various other systems, subsystems and MILSATCOM devices--- Provide
engineering and technician-level support for each of the above
systems, including integration, communication circuit
troubleshooting, and system-level anomaly resolution--- Identify
and isolate software or hardware defects to evaluate/assess system
modifications for shortfalls or interoperability issues and provide
technical assessments to the client with regards to the
modifications--- Author and deliver technical documentation
including test plans, test procedures, system configuration
diagrams, engineering studies, technical white papers, and test
reportsQualifications Required (Skills)--- Bachelor's degree in
engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent
technical discipline from an accredited institution--- 2+ years of
related experience--- Knowledge of DoD/USSF test processes and
documentation and Operational Test (OT) experience supporting a DoD
Operational Test Agency or Organization--- Demonstrated ability to
work with military or DoD civilian clients and managing
professional relationships--- Demonstrated ability working with
MILSATCOM equipment and trouble shooting--- Demonstrated ability
working with employing handling procedures for Communications
Security (COMSEC) materials and devices--- Must be a motivated,
self-starter capable of autonomous on-the-job
learning/improvement--- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)--- Excellent written, verbal
communications and presentation skills--- Supported the Mission
Subsystem (MPSS) module dependencies for test design, detailed test
procedure development, test execution, and reporting--- Identified
and isolated software or hardware defects to evaluate/ assess
system modifications for shortfalls or interoperability issues and
provided technical assessments to the client with regards to the
modifications--- Authored and delivered technical documentation
including test plans, test procedures, system configuration
diagrams, engineering studies, technical white papers, and test
reports--- DoD TOP SECRET Security ClearanceQualifications
Desired--- International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE)
Certification (i.e. ASEP, CSEP, ESEP)--- Experience operating or
maintaining the following: FAB-T, AFCPT, TDSPP, MMS, GMT, GBS
Receive Suites, cryptographic equipment (e.g., KIV-7M, ANDVT,
KGV-11, KG-250), or related infrastructure and/or support
