Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an Integration, Assembly, Test, and Checkout (IATC) Engineer. Primary responsibilities related to integration, assembly, testing, and checkout (IATC) of high-precision tracking radar systems and associated electronic disciplines to include digital and analog signal processing, high power RF transmitters, receivers, antennas, antenna positioning systems, computers and computer interfaces.Job Duties:

• Plans and executes engineering processes for integration, assembly, test and checkout of complex ground radar systems, RF transmitters, receivers, antennas, antenna positioning systems
• Prepare test plans, procedures and reports
• Travel to vendor sites to participate in test planning and witness testing
• Work with the prime contractor to resolve system defects or deficiencies
• Ensure effective communication between assigned engineers and all other participants in the integration and testing process
• Will perform post-test execution analysis to verify and validate hardware/software functionality as well as document and provide test procedure results
• Travel to final installation location to participate in system integration testing
• Reports to the integration and test leadRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience
  • Experience with analog, digital and RF interfaces and associated test equipment including Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, LAN Analyzer, Network Analyzer
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration
  • Experience preparing defect/deficiency reports
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation and integration
  • Ability to travel is requiredThis position requires the successful candidate to have an active Top Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance.Salary Range: $107,390 - $182,603Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
