*What You'll Get to Do: *
The Northrop Grumman Specialized Warfighter Development Contract
(SWDC) Modeling & Simulation Software (MSS) is seeking an Agile
Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team of qualified and
diverse leaders at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs,
Colorado. SWDC supports a wide range of Missile Defense Agency
(MDA) directorates with multiple products & capabilities under the
MSS Task Order. As a member of the team, you will be working with a
talented team supporting the Missile Defense Agencies critical
engineering mission. As the Agile RTE, the selected candidate will
facilitate Agile Release Train processes and execution, escalate
impediments, manage risk, ensure value delivery, and drive
continuous improvement.
The selected candidate will be a leader on the program and
facilitate the efforts of multiple teams to gather requirements,
plan increments and releases, develop best practices, establish
program level SAFe Agile engineering and management principles and
processes, release product(s) and deliver value, communicate across
the organization, and directly with the Government customer,
regarding plans, execution status and issues, understanding
Northrop Grumman SAFe will be essential, along with the
responsibility to help grow and mature this NG branded
capability.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays
and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
