  Maintains an organization's computer systems' workflows and is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, including fixing network issues along with updating equipment and software.

  Creates and administers profiles and accounts and maintains systems documentation.
  
  
• 
  Tunes system performance for optimal conditions. Installs system-wide software.
  
  
• 
  Responsible for data collection, normalization, and visualization activities associated with Network and UC performance, cost, location, system warranty, and ticket data.
  
  
• 
  Performs data queries using monitoring systems and custom queries in a variety of programming languages (C#, SQL, Java, Python, and/or R).
  
  
• 
  Oversees data ingesting into enterprise data mining solutions, and generates visualization and dashboards suited to the purpose of the data query.
  
  
  Qualification s: Demonstrate experience utilizing Splunk ITSI, and Tableau data mining solutions.
  Education: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or Data Science and 7 years data analysis experience.
  Certification Requirement: DoD8570 IAT II, Splunk IT Service Intelligence
  Desired Qualifications : BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
  Security Clearance: Must have a TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to obtain required Polygraph

  The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
