Title:Engineering Team LeadAs a Team Lead for KBR you will guide
efforts to solve the most challenging problems facing our

energy.The KBR team in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a highly
motivated engineer to join us in supporting our great nation,
specifically on the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National
Capabilities (TENCAP) HOPE contract. The candidate will provide AF
TENCAP testing and evaluation support and perform long-term
strategic direction for the development and fielding of software
and hardware systems utilizing the application of principles and
techniques from computer engineering, data analytics, and software
development. -Air Force TENCAP exploits National space, cyber and
intelligence capabilities to deliver rapid, cost-dominant and
innovative warfighting solutions across the full spectrum of Air
Force and Joint military -missions. AF TENCAP is a
Congressionally-mandated rapid acquisition organization supporting
tactical and operational warfighters, and serves as the Air Force
executive agent for the Military Exploitation of Reconnaissance and
Intelligence Technologies (MERIT) program. As the Air Force's
leader for National-to-Tactical capability development, AF TENCAP
collaborates with leading experts across the Intelligence
Community, Department of Defense, National Laboratories, industry,
inter-agency, academia, and partner nations.We are looking for
innovative, creative, and highly motivated individuals to support
the strategic planning and tactical execution of various
engineering efforts. Specifically, the full lifecycle of data
onboarding, ETL and analysis in support of wide ranging projects
within AF TENCAP. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for
learning, the drive to innovate and a humble attitude. You will
work cutting edge projects, solving problems that most aren't even
aware exist.Work Location: -Colorado Springs, CO - 100% On
SiteSecurity Clearance: -Active TS/SCI or Active TS with T5/SSBI
within last two years. -Required Experience and Education:BS degree
in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science. Other
degrees will be considered with relevant work experience.It is
required that the candidate has the following qualifications: -a.
At least ten years of experience providing systems engineering
work, including knowledge of and experience with complex
engineering designs and delivery.b. At least five years of
experience providing support to DoD Service organizations and/or
Intelligence Community agencies.c. At least ten years of experience
managing an engineering team in conceiving, planning, and
conducting research and analysis for complex technological problems
of considerable scope.It is desired Lead Engineer has the following
qualifications: -a. Five years of experience providing rapid
prototyping or development.b. Five years of experience performing
T&E activities.c. Five years of experience in the
identification, development, and application of multiple technology
sources (Signal Intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, etc.) and
applications and knowledge of multiple engineering technology
systems and data flowAdditional Qualifications:a. Proven ability to
solve problems creativelyb. Strong familiarity with project
management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesc.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycled. Excellent
analytical skillse. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely
resourcefulf. Proven ability to complete projects according to
outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Basic Compensation:
$170-225kThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's
knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration
of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses,
commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles
or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus,
relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives,
or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.At KBR, we
