Job Description:
A space technology company is seeking a Remote Mechanical Design
Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Providing technical oversight of supplier hardware and
documentation
Providing mechanism support for the assigned programs
Working with mission team to support on-orbit deployment
Qualifications for this position include:
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or engineering
discipline or Additional four years of experience
Two years of related work experience
Understanding of mathematics, physics, and chemistry as they relate
to mechanical components and systems
Proficiency in the use of computer aided design tools (such as PTC
Creo)
