In your new role you will:
Become a member of Infineon's Design team to develop state of the
art FRAM and Flash Memory IP and chips for its Non-Volatile
Products Business Unit
Define and implement Design for Test (DFT) for high-performance
low-power memory chips, subsystems and blocks which includes
creating & stitching scan-chains, inserting compression engines,
creating & simulating patterns, analyzing & meeting rigorous
coverage goals
Contribute to synthesis and timing closure of complex memory
chips
Develop design collateral (views like dotlib, atpglib, behav
models) of analog blocks for use in RTL2GDSII flows
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
3+ years of related work experience
Deep understanding of DFT, Scan, ATPG, Scan compression concepts
and tools
Hands-on mastery over Verilog, Genus, Tessent, Tetramax, Questa
Proficiency in scripting languages like TCL, Perl is required
Exposure to Tempus, Primetime, VCS, Zoix is a plus
Experience with JTAG, MBIST, Fault grading, Silicon debug is a
plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to
work in cross-functional teams
US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
