Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Antenna Hardware Deployment Engineer to join our diverse and talented engineering organization in support of our National Defense on a new ground based radar program. Join an exciting and new program as we embark to solve complex and novel engineering challenges. As an Antenna Hardware Deployment Engineer you will be responsible for the deployment of large parabolic antenna's that make up the ground based radar system. The successful candidates should have strong fielding and deployment experience and be able to work collaboratively with an experienced engineering and program management team to meet our customer's needs.Basic Qualifications:
    • (Level 3) - 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
    • (Level 4) - 9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.
    • Active DoD Top Secret
    • Bachelors of Science in STEM Field
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite
    • Ability to travel up to 75%
    • Ability to travel OCONUS
    • Hardware fielding experiencePreferred Qualifications:
      • Active SCI clearance
      • Experience with leading a team of 5 or more individuals to assemble, integrate,checkout of hardware components
      • Experience with parabolic antenna systems and associated electronic equipment such as modems and power amplifiers
      • Experienced with the fielding of Radio Frequency (RF) systems or components such as receivers, transmitters and waveform generators
      • Experienced developing technical data packages and documenting HW baselines
      • Experience with the use of RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and waveform generators
      • Experienced with RF over fiber optic media converters and fiber optic test equipment
      • Experience with cable management and cable assembly requirements for RF and fiber optic applications
      • Experience working with and managing major subcontractors
      • Cost and schedule management experienceSalary Range: 83600 - 125400Salary Range 2: 103700 - 155500Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
