Come be a part of our mission!What you'll get to do:As a Principal RF Microwave Engineer, you will be able develop, design, build and implement a ground based radar capability critical for our national defense. The successful candidates should have strong problem solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with an experienced engineering and program management team to meet our customer's needs.Minimal travel is expected. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs airport facility.Basic Qualifications:
    • (Level 3) - Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or STEM Field, with 5 years of applicable experience; or 3 years' experience with a Master's degree; or 0 years with PhD.
    • (Level 4) - Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or STEM Field, with 9 years of Engineering experience; or 7 years' experience with a Master's degree; or 4 years with PhD
    • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
    • Bachelors of Science in STEM Field
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite
    • Experienced in basic principles and theory of electromagnetics and Radio Frequency (RF) propagation
    • Ability to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications:
      • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
      • Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
      • Experienced with the design, analysis and architecture development of Radio Frequency (RF) microwave systems
      • Experienced with antenna analysis and ability to model and simulate antenna performance
      • Experienced with RF microwave transmitter design and architecture
      • Experienced with RF microwave receiver design and architecture
      • Experienced with timing infrastructure design and architecture
      • Experienced with ground based radar systems
      • Hands on experience with RF test equipment like spectrum / network analyzers and waveform generatorsSalary Range: 92000 - 138000Salary Range 2: 114100 - 171100Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
