(SLP) – School-Based Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80911 Schedule:
Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (5 days/week, 7.5 hours/day)
Duration: 44 Weeks Hours: 37.5 hours/week Pay Rate: $50 – $55 per
hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a
dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide school-based services to K–12 students in the Colorado
Springs area. This is a full-time role supporting students with
speech, language, and communication needs through assessment,
therapy, and collaboration with educational teams. Limited travel
between school sites may be required. Key Responsibilities Conduct
evaluations, assessments, and screenings for speech and language
disorders Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based
treatment plans Provide direct speech-language therapy services to
K–12 students Monitor, document, and report student progress in
accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
achievement Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP)
meetings and provide professional recommendations Maintain
compliance with ASHA standards and state licensing requirements
Travel between assigned school sites as needed Qualifications
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License or ability to
obtain prior to start ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school-based setting
preferred Experience working with K–12 student populations Strong
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to
work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team
