This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO and will support the Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You'll Bring These Qualifications:--- 5 years of related engineering experience with a bachelor's degree; 3 years' experience with a related Master's degree; or 0 years' with a PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.---US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years). Ability to get Top Secret Clearance.---Proficient with requirements and MBSE management tools---Experience with TeamcenterThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:--- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Software discipline from an accredited university--- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with adjudication within the last 5 years--- Automated test and data collection -- Python, Jazz, cucumber, etc..--- Component/Unit level HW testing (ATP development, working with specialized test equipment)--- Proficient with DOORS, Cameo, and/or Rhapsody--- Active Security + certification--- Experience establishing product requirements, design of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment.#GBSDintandtestSalary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
