Teacher Assistant
Talentkids Academy is seeking to fill full time and part time positions with team oriented individuals that are Early Childhood Lead Teacher who has a passion for young children.

• Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited daycare, childcare center, ECE Qualified Lead Teacher./ Teacher Assistant
• Coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
• Behavior management, parent communication, health and safety in the classroom.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Be familiar and able to maintain PDIS (Early Childhood Professional Development information System) records and Colorado Shines guidelines.
• Must meet Colorado minimum Rules and Regulations for Lead Teachers. Additional coursework may be required based on classroom assignment.
