Job Description Job Description Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company , was founded in 1996 and is a commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are currently looking to add a member to our team who has a current Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber license with 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing. Work hours are typically Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm in the Denver Metro area. Daily work will include (but is not limited to) installation and/or replacement of new drain and water lines, water heaters, TI (Tenant Improvement), commercial bathroom renovation, underground rough, small ground up construction, and core drilling. What We’re Looking For A dependable, positive leader with a strong work ethic who shows up on time, takes ownership of the job, and leads with a teaching mindset. Responsibilities Lead crews and represent Foster Plumbing professionally on jobsites Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and proper PPE usage Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and building engineers Review and execute work per approved drawings, submittals, and specifications Order and manage materials efficiently; control jobsite costs Proper Documentation for job notes, RFIs, change orders, and daily photos Track labor and material performance and communicate needs proactively Maintain quality workmanship, schedule awareness, and crew productivity Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License Strong experience with commercial plumbing systems Proven ability to lead crews and run jobsites Ability to read and execute work from blueprints and specs Rough-in and underground experience preferred Professional communication and basic computer skills Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check Able to lift 50 lbs and supply basic hand tools License/Certification: Driver's License with no DUI/DWAI in past 5 years. (Required) Colorado Journeyworker or Master Plumber License (Required) Benefits & Compensation $35 - $40 per hour DOE Company Vehicle and company-provided IT package included.
