As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong foundation in construction processes and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish Help manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Support the development and maintenance of project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, etc.) Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines Participate in job site meetings and coordinate with field teams Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Assist in project close-out and warranty documentation Qualifications 3 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in commercial or multi-family sectors Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative, team-first culture ?If interested you can apply to this position or email your resume to sean.westhorpe@levelociti.com ?To view additional roles we are recruiting for, please visit: https://levelociti.com/job -search/
