Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Social Media Agents to enhance customer
service and inform business decisions
Analyze customer feedback data to derive actionable insights and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Implement best practices for data collection and reporting to
improve efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work
experience
Proven experience managing teams and delivering insights from
customer feedback data
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including
sentiment analysis and data visualization
Experience with social media platforms and survey tools
Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements related
to customer data privacy
