Job Description:

Develops creates and executes software test plans; responsible for software configuration management; performs requirements analysis; performs system designs; maintains system configuration and performs equipment and software installations; develops implementation plans, software, and documentation. In addition, writes, rewrites and/or edits other technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications, instructions, management documentation to a wide range of audiences. Skills

• B.S. degree in an appropriate technical discipline, such as Physics, Math, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Must be able to attain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• 1-3 years experience writing software test plans and procedures users manuals, maintenance manuals, program contract deliverables and other technical documentation Good Communications Skills (oral/written) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
