Job DescriptionSEO SpecialistDescription:The SEO Specialist will be responsible for the collaborative development and execution of the internet marketing strategies developed for our clients. Aspects of the campaigns include the evaluation of search engine optimization programs, keywords, analyzing traffic and developing programs to increase website traffic. The SEO Specialist will implement task assignments from the SEO Manager and Technical SEO Lead as well as work with the team to strategize SEO approaches, analyze client website performance, perform content strategies, assist in marketing and providing content for the Company website as well as assisting with Infront's marketing, webinars, client consulting and training classes.Responsibilities also include:* Search Engine Optimization and Marketing* Research, implement, and optimize pay-per-click advertising on Google, Bing, and Yahoo search engines* Become proficient at using a variety of search engine tools.* Monitored keywords and landing pages for conversion rate and value based on Impressions, CTR, form-fills, phone calls, and other metrics.* Focus on and understand our client's ROI on each pay-per-click campaign* Created compelling ad copy for maximum conversion rate.* Maintain expert-level client care in all areas of Search Engine Optimization* Identify valuable linking opportunities for our clients* Complete directory listings on Local Search, DMOZ, Google Places, etc.* Analyze websites for keyword usage in Page Titles, Headings, Image Descriptions, and general content.* Understand how user experience affects conversion rate* Be able to assist in Infront's Marketing and SEO training classes for its clients.Qualified candidates must be high-energy, quick to learn, detailed, fun to be around!Requirements:* Four years marketing experience or schooling with at least 3 years in SEO, eCommerce and or online advertising* Employee must pass the following exams within 4 months of hire date (Infront will cover the costs, if any, associated with testing).* Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam* Google Search Advertising Advanced Exam* Google Video Advertising Exam* Google Shopping Advertising Exam* Google Analytics Individual Qualification* Yext Certified Partner Exam* 36 months experience working with Google Analytics* Advanced knowledge of SEO* Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Pay-per-click SEM* Familiarity with core coding languages (php, html, asp, etc---)* Strong verbal and written communications skills* Strong Microsoft Excel, Word email and Web skills* Strong organizational skills* Related work experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines* 4 year degree in business, marketing or comparable work experienceCompetitive Salary based on experience Health Plan and Health Savings Match 401K PTO and Vacation TimeJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $30,000.00 per year
