Skills/Responsibilities:

*Knowledge of standard professional formats and styles for business letters/forms

*Ability to handle a multi-line phone system

*Provide support for field offices while, at times, serve as local office manager

*Maintain calendars for supervisors; schedule appointments and conferences

Education/Qualifications:

*High School diploma; Associates Degree preferred

*At least 2 years administrative support experience

*Basic computer and office skills needed
