Job DescriptionPhil Long Hyundai of Motor City is growing and we need a Service Receptionist also known as a Service BDC Agent. We are seeking an individual with excellent phone skills, computer skills and the ability to multi task. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This is a full-time position The BDC Agent is responsible for following up and scheduling appointments on internet leads generated through the dealership's website and other internet lead providers.Job duties Include:

• Outbound calls/Incoming phone calls
• Customer service for the service department
• Scheduling appointments
• Updating customer recordsEssential Duties
  • Effectively respond to all internet sourced vehicle inquiries generated through the dealership's website and other internet lead providers by making outbound prospecting phone calls inviting prospects to the dealership. The expectation is 80-120 calls per day.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the dealership's products and services.
    • Check E-mail frequently throughout the day and respond to customers' inquiries immediately/in a timely manner.
      • Coordinate with Business Development Manager on appointments and follow up.
