As a Customer Relationship Advocate at Fidelity Investments,

their investment goals. Provide concise, friendly customer service
to clients while resolving inquiries and issues. Educate clients on
Fidelity’s products including retirement, brokerage, and other
investment services. Identify opportunities to help clients with
effective solutions or improvements. Maintain high service
standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate
with team members and other departments to enhance client
satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development
programs to stay current in the industry and with Fidelity’s
services and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a variety
of audiences Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Adaptability and
willingness to learn new tools and technologies Medical Insurance
