Job Description Job Description Audit Manager - Top CPA Firm Audit Manager Position Overview The Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality audit services to clients. This role involves leading a team of auditors, providing guidance and support, and maintaining effective client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit teams on various audit engagements. Review and analyze financial statements and internal controls. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and auditing standards. Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients. Mentor and develop junior staff members within the audit team. Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Proven experience as an Audit Manager or similar role in a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
