Job Description Job Description As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of Overwatch Ag. You will work collaboratively with the Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, participate in month-end closures, and support various financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in accordance with applicable GAAP, regulations, and Overwatch accounting policies. Month-End Closures: Participate in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations of accounts and follow-up on open items. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of tax declarations, financial statements, and other mandatory or ad hoc reports. Audits: Prepare documents for stand-alone and Group audits. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Qualifications: University degree in finance or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work with people at different levels Strong attention to detail and accuracy English proficiency (B1 or above) is a plus IFRS knowledge is a plus Microsoft Dynamics general knowledge is a plus Why Join Overwatch Agriculture?
