Job Description:
A company is looking for a Justice and Equity Lead to integrate
justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion principles into their
target-setting framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research and development on JEDI principles within the
target-setting framework
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement equitable approaches in
target determination and human rights inclusion
Serve as lead author on research reports and support the
development of an SBTN JEDI technical strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
Completed PhD, JD, or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience
in environmental justice or related fields
Expertise in corporate sustainability and core justice and equity
concepts
Experience in conservation, community-based research, or
sustainable development
Knowledge of science-based target setting and related
frameworks
Professional proficiency in languages other than English is highly
desirable
