Looking For:
Master of Business Administration
(MBA) and/or CPA preferred5+ years of Business Management5+ years
as Senior Accountant or ControllerQuickBooks ProAdvisor
Certification required.Advanced proficiency MS Office Suite (Word,
Outlook, & Excel)Broad experienced in payroll processing and
various payroll processing software packages preferredWhat You'll
Be Doing:As a Fractional Controller at Stockman Kast Ryan + Co, you
will perform detailed consulting assignments involving various
functional areas (financial, management, computing, personnel,
marketing) within client organizations. Assists clients with
planning and executing business strategy to improve operational
efficiency, financial position, and financial management of
clients' businesses. -Essential Duties:
Assess, identify, and triage client
financial or business operational issues. Increase sophistication
of financial statements and client reporting packages.Preparing or
interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance
reports and income projections for clients.Develop quality
assurance/control processes with client, client's staff, third
party consultants, SKR+Co team members to begin or improve
monitoring for quality.Collaborates with tax and/or audit
department(s) as onsite liaison to validate as needed, inventories,
control processes and information sharing with owners or management
regarding the flow of information between the client and the firm
regarding bookkeeping and tax return preparation and
planning.Evaluate clients internal control systems and accounting
process in order to make recommendationsPerforms other duties as
assigned -Competencies:
Exceptional knowledge and track
record in evaluating business processes and finances. Expert at
analyzing budgets, reading, and understanding financial reports,
and preparing financial statements. - Advanced proficiency in
project management and implementing industry best practices.
Advanced interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new
business processes and procedures. Must maintain high level of
confidentialityAbility to balance and prioritize multiple
responsibilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to
detailStrong problem-solving abilityAbility to work
independentlyAbility to complete work free of grammatical,
