Position: Product Marketing Engineer (Colorado Springs, CO)

Duties: Develop and maintain overall product strategy, vision, and plans

within the network management market. Communicate with customers, sales,

and engineering to ensure daily work is connected to the company’s

product vision and strategy. Applying a deep understanding of customer

needs, will communicate with engineering to drive innovation and

profitable commercial solutions. Develop and deliver new product

introduction plans to support the commercial launch of new products.

Assist sales teams with product explanations and presentations to

customers.

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer

Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

and three (3) years of experience performing in-depth market research of

network products and operations; or in the alternative, Bachelor’s

degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical

Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years

of experience as indicated above.

Also requires demonstrated expertise (DE): managing customer needs

applying Voice of the Customer (VOC) research data; DE performing Agile

software product development and feature requirement analysis; DE

performing both product development and management using Java,

JavaScript and network technologies, including TCP/IP, NetFlow, and

network packet analysis; and DE developing network product strategy,

customer requirements gathering, and market analysis.
