Engineer is responsible for product and process related issues
associated with sustaining engineering of current products.
Responsibilities include yield oversight, detailed data analysis of
manufacturing efficiency, process development, change management
leadership, and point of contact in interfacing with various
contributing organizations. Anticipated Application Deadline:
February 13, 2026 Pay: $62,973/yr. - $78,680/yr. based upon
relevant experience Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm, Hybrid

6278 S Troy Circle Centennial, Colorado 80111 Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Supports initiatives in all product manufacturing
aspects: Yield, Quality improvement, Process Improvement and
Documentation. Supports existing operation
equipment/processes/systems on a day-to-day basis, including but
not limited to process/product engineering, documentation,
equipment validation/verification, specification creation and
resolution of production processing issues Develops sound
understanding of products and focuses on ways to improve
manufacturing as well as identify and implement yield improvements.
Gathers and analyzes manufacturing metrics and works closely with
Quality and Operations departments to define and validate
appropriate process changes. Utilizes statistical techniques to
compile and analyze data and realize appropriate improvement
initiatives. Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate
product changes and process improvements. Works with production
management to ensure Technicians understand pertinent technical
aspects of their assigned products and processes Adhere to and
promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with
current operating procedures, training requirements, safety
practices and company policies. May perform other related duties
and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
in engineering Minimum 0-2 years’ experience as an Engineer
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to communicate
in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and
comprehension) Preferred Experience: Intern or Co-op experience in
